Led by an experienced English and Communications Consultant with over 28 years in the field, MeOW combines academic expertise with practical, results-driven training. Holding a Master’s degree in Teaching English, the consultancy has designed and delivered specialised English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and communication programmes for a wide range of institutions, including ministries, embassies, universities, and major international organisations such as the British Council, VSO, BP, and state oil companies.
With experience spanning Africa, Latin America, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, MeOW brings a deep understanding of working in diverse and developing contexts. Its approach is grounded in careful needs analysis, strong stakeholder engagement, and the design of tailored curricula that align with organisational priorities and real-world communication demands.
Now based in Timor-Leste, MeOW English Training supports government partners, ASEAN-related initiatives, and institutional clients through bespoke programmes that strengthen capacity, enhance professional communication, and meet the expectations of international donors and development frameworks.
