Miller, an English and Communications Consultant with over 28 years of international experience, MeOW works at the intersection of language, professional performance, and organisational development. With a Master’s degree in Teaching English and a career spanning Africa, Latin America, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, Andrew has designed and delivered programmes for governments, embassies, universities, NGOs, and global organisations including the British Council, VSO, and major oil and gas companies.
Based in Timor-Leste, MeOW Training focuses on bespoke solutions rather than one-size-fits-all courses. Every programme is built around detailed needs analysis and aligned with client objectives—whether that’s improving report writing, strengthening professional communication, or developing sector-specific English, Portuguese or Spanish (ESP) for industries such as government, development, and energy.What sets MeOW apart is its emphasis on measurable outcomes and long-term capacity building.
